I recommend not to become citizen of Russia. It is a bad country without access to global internet, repressions, and it is dangerous here. Everybody , who can leave, leaves.

It's your choice, but my skin is more white than the skin of most of my 100% slavic friends. it's humorous thing to say on /int/ board, but anyway. My mother have a blonde hair and blue eyes, so i look mixed with palm skin and black hair. Also because of that many times i was mistaken as a jew and of course the russians hates them too.

If you're come from exotic country - maybe, but I was born there, and there it's not appreciable to be exotic and stand out from everybody else. Russian is not Europe, it's Euroasia, and a conservative views in the society is from east side, and have a solid ground.
I tried the SMO route, they told me at the embassy that a) I had to be already in the RF legally, and most importantly b) My Russian ain't good enough. They don't make it as easy as you'd assume, I would kill for your citizenship. I’ve lived there already, I’ve met many people and spoken to all possible demographics. I want to be there, I have to be there, there is nothing in my life which I desire more. I also hate the sun, warm weather and pop music, most people love those things— ig I ain’t most ppl. One of my exs had friends who were sent to the SMO, I was once bought a drink by a guy who had been knifed in Ukraine and I am not pleased with internet censorship. I am not blind or ignorant to these things, but to me it’s not like shopping for who has the better deal, to be it’s the place, the only place that it could be and no other will be as fitting to me as it, and I know this because I’ve already been all over the globe. Even though I'd prefer to live in Nizhny Novgorod, I would kill to be a student at VGIK in Moscow

Nah, I meant more like during Soviet times the forced Russification. And also less stigma around being ethnic minority as in before even in the 2000s many ethnic minorities changed their ethnicity from Veps to Russian (for example). Overall I dont think Russia treats that badly these minorities.
When I was in senior high school few years ago, we had a girl from Karelia. She spoke almost perfect Finnish just by learning it at school since in Karelia you either pick Karelian or Finnish. So yeah, it was very impressive. Her Finnish was better that her cousin's who was in my class too despite him living in Finland for years. Obviously I dont think all minorities learn to speak that well the language since there are limited possibilities to use them (for example read books, watch tv shows or listen music) compared to Russian or any other language.
And I do also know since I studied Karelian (Livvi dialect) that they relase few times a week News from Russia One TV (if I remember correctly) news in Karelian, Vepsian and Finnish. On top of this I am aware of Oma Mua -newspaper which is owned by state owned company Periodika and I sometimes watch the news in Karelian from Youtube. They from time to time tell about new books published in Karelian. And new learning books in Karelian for kids. I do believe the identiteties have gotten stroinger among the ethnic tribes since 2021 but again this is just me guessing.
Obviously I think that they could focus even more but again you could always do better. Here in Finland we have Sami people, who are native to the northern Finland and neighbouring countries. There is shortage of teachers with Sami knowledge which is obviously problem when it comes to future Sami kids and their culture but I actually hate them so I dont really care about that. Just observation. Anyways I hope you got my answer and what you were loooking for.

Personally, I can’t listen to songs in my native language if the lyrics are meaningless or fail to resonate with me — I understand the text and the song’s message too well. When I don’t understand the language of a song and just hear the music, I can imagine all sorts of things — even stuff that isn’t actually in the song. And that’s kind of fun.

я купил подержаный виво y33s за 20 тыщ, потом разбился дисплей, я заказал на валберс самый дешёвый за 6 с чем-то тыщ + замена 4 тыщи (в том же месте где и купил этот смарт), что думаете насчёт такого ценового соотношения
вместо того чтобы тратиться на систему бесплатностей/скидок инвалидам лучше если у них достаточное пособие чтобы платить наравне с неинвалидами
дело в том что стоимость товаров/услуг должна быть добросовестной независимо от наличия инвалидности
любой штраф изначально подразумевает минимальную сумму, схуяли оплачивать штраф если сумма завышена?

у них даже нет критерия по которому обращение удовлетворяется, просто отмечают "Исполнено" или "Предоставлен ответ" на этом обращение закрывается

один раз я написал что если изначально неизвестно оказывается ли услуга инвалидам бесплатно, например если я пришёл к нотариусу, или в стоматологию, неважно куда, то об этом должно быть обозначение (везде) мне ответили что в законе такое не прописано поэтому я должен сам изучать закон вместо ориентированья на обозначение
