While Americans need ecosystems such as Apple ID or Google Account mainly as an additional option, in Russia some of these systems are mandatory for a comfortable life, for example, in order to interact with the state, one must have one of them to have access to state services, to solve some issues (paying for property, obtaining certificates, opening a business, obtaining a digital personal key to formalize transactions, and other things). Cyberpunk is shit.
